The average delivery times to most locations are between 1-3 business days, and for remote locations 3-5 days depending. So, after the product is shipped out, the tracking number will be emailed to the customer. However, the tracking number can be entered on UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx websites and will give information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time will be. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within two business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. The date of delivery may vary due to shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products can also be delivered in separate shipments.
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to adults over the age of 18. We ship all packages through UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx prepaid delivery services. All orders are vacuum sealed and discreetly packaged.
We offer reship to all countries however for Brazil, India, Italy, Norway, Finland, Denmark ,Sweden and all Scandinavia we only reship 90% of the initial order total: due to their high risk custom.
After you receive a mail from us stating “order completed” depending on your country check bellow:
US & Canada: 2-5days
Europe: 3 – 8 days
Asia & Australia: 3 – 7 Days
South America: 5 – 10 days
If your package is late, and already passed 10 days since we provide we notified you of delivery, then we will call the agency used, verify that package was really seized, lost or whatever, and then we will reship No extra charge required.

No but almost all the packages that we had to reship were small (between 1-10g) and probably got lost due to the size
